Vilma La Pastora Tarrosa, 80, passed away on July 9, 2021 in Las Vegas, NV. She married Rustom Torrosa in 1967 in the Philippines. In 1998 she moved to Las Vegas, NV from the Philippines. During her life she received a masters in English. Vilma is survived by her husband Rustom, sons Roshan "Sheila" Torrosa and Rustee "Egilyn" Tarrosa, two brothers, four sisters, and two grandchildren.
